It’s often said, about writing automated tests, “don’t test Apple’s code”.
While the principle (your tests should be for the systems under your control) is good, in practice, I find it worthwhile to write tests for how I expect 3rd party systems (libraries, packages, and—yes—the operating system) to work.

The initial plan (open to change) is to have a bunch of folks collaborate during, and after, WWDC, to take (some of) the sample code Apple presents and turn it into projects with comprehensive unit tests (and maybe UI tests, too).
We’re going to try a practice session, using one of last year’s WWDC samples. All experience levels welcome (with no obligation to contribute).

Custom text container support in STTextView is confirmed. It always has been. Just a minor tweaks to adjust drawing here and there. I surprised myself I was aware of that tho never tested it, so today I planned to "fix it”.
