@shrugdealer It's not economy-wide, it's not all heavy industry, it's not transport. It allows fraudulent "offsets". It's target is woefully short of what the science & IPCC demands / necessitates. We're still gonna approve & open new #FossilFool projects, & continue subsidising all said companies that own our govts.
