People ask me "why Tempest"?
Of course I've had a vision for a while, but I now took the time to write it down: https://tempestphp.com/blog/tempests-vision
I've rewritten all the docs for Tempest's database component. Wow, it's pretty nice!
I think I'm starting to like our ORM, actually
Finally back to some live coding! Come say hi

It's weekend, which is the perfect time to check out Tempest beta! Here are four things that sets it apart and makes me excited:
Tomorrow is the day we release the first beta version of Tempest.
I really like the Discovery feature of Tempest Framework. Especially the mention of "less configuration“.
Let's casually refactor an ORM, how difficult could it be?
The FINAL alpha release for Tempest is here!
An explanation of the "discovery" feature, along with examples of implementation in the Tempest framework:

ICYMI, I wrote a blog post highlighting one of my favorite Tempest features last week: https://stitcher.io/blog/static-websites-with-tempest
This is one of my favourite Tempest features: the ability to turn any controller action into a statically generated page, simply by adding the #[StaticPage] attribute
We've got less than 20 planned issues to tackle before tagging Tempest version 1.0! That's 20 out of more than 350 already closed, just for reference.
It's getting close and I'm excited!
Finally another livestream! I hope to see you there: https://www.youtube.com/live/g1-6xz--SZ4
Just published an updated version of Tempest's roadmap: https://tempestphp.com/docs/intro/roadmap/
Pretty cool new feature in tempest/view: being able to access slots dynamically (please ignore my frontend skills, or lack thereof)
I'm happy to share that Tempest alpha 5 is a thing now! This release bumps the minimal PHP requirement to PHP 8.4, it gives the console component a huge facelift, it adds Vite support, and many more improvements.
