There's a #house for sale in the old fishing village of Whinnyfold on the #Aberdeenshire #coast. The location, views & walks are stunning, with abundant local #wildlife including #seals and nesting #seabirds including guillemots, razorbills & kittiwakes. The #property includes a bothy with power & central heating which would make an excellent #workshop or #artist #studio.
The current owners wish to sell to full-time residents, not for it to become a holiday home.

In 2016, President Obama issued an executive order that prohibited #oil & #gas exploration across >112k square miles of marine habitat in the Northern Bering Sea & called for tribal co-management of the protected area.
