I had to see Banff after putting it off for too long. It was a solo trip, which I havent done a lot of in my older age. Not always v easy to rent that bike & start riding into the greast unknown by yourself. But I did it, & it was really amazing.

i fought thru tough arthritis flares for this incredible view and a few amazing days of hiking and biking.

I've always been absolutely thrilled with this image I took of Crown #Mountain in #Banff #Canada

Specifically how the mid day light illuminated the closer peak and the clouds drifting between and around it to accentuate it's shape. The blue cast is from the haze in the air.

I might get a chance to revisit later this year which I'm excited about.
