#KamalaHarris announced on Monday that if elected #president, she would #fullylegalize adult recreational #cannabis on the federal level – the first time a presidential nominee has taken such an unambiguous stance on ending cannabis #prohibition.
As part of her pledge, she said she would take steps to ensure that Black men, disproportionately incarcerated and disenfranchised by the #warondrugs, would stand to profit from the industry. 
Fools like this are why we in #Britain are likely to be stuck with #drugs #prohibition for the forseeable future - this young woman not only took a large quantity of #ketamine before getting behind the wheel, she drove 93 miles (150 km) to the West Country and then inexplicably decided to stop in a live lane of the #M4 #Motorway !
Thankfully no collisions occured and nobody was hurt (she got 2 year driving ban and a large fine)
Fun fact: Arkansas is the only state where the Prohibition Party has reached full ballot listing for its presidential candidate. Because this state needed to broadcast how it's stuck in the past any harder.
