Assumption:
The issue with #Coldplay and #AndyByron and #KristinCabot is not that they were caught doing something unethical.
The issue is that #monogamy doesn't work and society isn't ready for concepts like #polyamory or open relationships.

First Millennials realized we couldn't afford a single family home.
Then we realized we def couldn't afford kids.
Then a bunch of us realized how incredibly queer and neurodivergent we are.
Then we realized if we started practicing #polyamory we could pool our income, rent a house, all sleep with each other, and maybe - JUST MAYBE have a stable polycule that could manage to actually run a regular DnD campaign.
It's been fifty years since magery returned to the north. The citizens of the Sharren Accord have enjoyed decades of peace and prosperity.

Really enjoying the podcast!
A couple of topics I'd love to hear covered:
* Creating a consistent sleep routine - all podcasts seem to focus just on "how to get your brain to stop keeping you awake as you lie in bed". I've literally paid thousands of dollars to coaches, hypnotists etc to help me just to get INTO bed at a consistentish time that gets me 8 hours of sleep. So far to almost no effect. I really don't understand how my diet can be so good, and my sleep times so bad!
* ADHD dating - Does it work better with an ADHD or non ADHD partner?
* ADHD and sex - Is monogamy incompatible with ADHD? Is polyamory, or swinging more compatible, given novelty etc. Or worse, given RSD?
* Building a network of friends with adult ADHD.

One of the things I don't like about #polyamory is it's not something I generally feel comfortable talking about in mixed company or public spaces. More because I don't want to bother to explain it to anyone than a fear of doing so. It's tiring! Today I had coffee with a friend who I don't see often but already knows, and it was just really nice talking about life without having to censor myself at all. Reminds you what it should feel like.

"Oh no, my long time romantic partner has feelings for another person, it's all over" is such a pervasive trope, you'd think it as much a law of nature as "objects fall toward Earth when dropped"

New server, new intro!
Moved to a new instance, since my old is shutting down. Checked out Mastodon when Twitter became a Nazi hellsite and have been enjoying it ever since. This instance is mostly for me to explore polyamory and explore more of my sexual side. I'm demi by nature but enjoy learning about what others are into.
