I am enjoying the hell out of "Picks and Shovels" by @pluralistic and I bet you will, too (full disclosure: I have been grokking computers since the early 1980s, which makes so much of the book's geeky name-dropping resonate with me; and my absolute lack of any knowledge of accounting does not detract from the enjoyment).

OK, so I’ve just started reading “The family across the street” by Nicole Troop, I know, I know, right now I’m mostly reading thrillers, but it’s because I love them, and I want to read everything on my list one by one :-) and I think this book is interesting, and it’s very well narrated.
