The Tories’ decision to get rid of planning “red tape” in order to steam ahead with ‘Free Schools’ is coming back to haunt them. Yet another Gove initiative gone sour.

Using dirt cheap and under-surveyed old office blocks with RAAC and asbestos etc as “new” schools is not such a good idea after all. You should always look at what’s under the bonnet of an old banger.
