#HarrisWalz certainly were ready for her!
I heard her trying to butt in a few times but they made her wait till they finished.
Also, I noticed #DanaBash followed up a few times pressing more specifics from Harris. She didn’t do that when trump seemingly forgot to answer her questions in the June debate. I think pressing a candidate to address the question posed is legit, but she didn’t try in June.

@GottaLaff #DanaBash sucked big time the last time they did the debate with #WeirdOldTrump and Biden. Fact checks she did none. Why in the hell CNN let her conduct the interview. Why not Cooper? Or Erin?

#DanaBash was ecstatic when news started coming in about #Trump’s victory in 2016.

That video of hers on the #CNN news desk covering the elections with transparent glee was very unsettling, and I have not forgotten it since then.

Perhaps there are others who noticed that too and still remember it

“What’s happening?” She rhetorically asked, barely able to disguise her joy.

Hunt asked what #Trump “is gonna to do differently on the #debate stage this time.”

“*President* Trump is knowingly going into a hostile environment on this very network, on #CNN, w/debate moderators who have made their opinions about him very well known over the past 8 yrs & their biased coverage of him.”

Hunt pushed back, “My colleagues, #JakeTapper & #DanaBash have acquitted themselves as professionals as they have covered campaigns & interviewed candidates from all sides of the aisle.”

#CNN issues a statement defending #JakeTapper & #DanaBash ahead of Thur's #debate:

There are no 2 people better equipped to co-moderate a substantial & fact-based discussion..."

@djsumdog @JesseStone One is #JakeTapper, he's the closest to the middle that you'll find on #CNN. The other is #DanaBash, who's popular but not notable for anything in particular that I can think of.
