Capt Green was at the #Michigan Capitol when a group of #FakeElectors attempted to enter the building on Dec 14, 2020, to present their document to the MI Senate. Green said the interview Thurs focused on the electors.

Just before Green's remarks, Howard Shock, an agent of MI AG #DanaNessel's office, testified that he had outstanding #subpoenas or search #warrants for info as part of an ongoing state investigation into the false electors certificate.

AG #DanaNessel announced Tues she would close her investigation into allegations of #SexualAssault levied by the fmr speaker's sister-in-law, Rebekah Chatfield -a decision the woman's lawyer described as "crushing."
Nessel praised Rebekah Chatfield for coming forward & credited her for providing the probable cause needed to launch the investigation in Jan2022. But there was not enough evidence to prosecute #LeeChatfield to meet a standard of proof that is "beyond a reasonable doubt” Nessel said.

Chatfield allegedly used political nonprofit funds for family trips including to the Bahamas.

Nessel said #Chatfield used private donations from the Peninsula Fund, a nonprofit #social #welfare org, to pay off $132k in charges to his personal credit card.
