New #umockdev release which records and restores SELinux context for mocked /dev nodes, fixes musl compatibility, build with meson 1.4, and some test fixes.

I added SELinux context support to #umockdev last week. I really enjoy the rare opportunities to touch my old #vala code again. I touched many languages over my career, but this is still my number one sweet spot between abstraction, clarity, no-nonsense, safety, bi-di interoperability with C and the whole introspection world, performance, and ease of learning it.

I'm very sad that it is all but dead.
