Last week it was in the 90s in Portland.
This week it’s barely broken 70 and has been raining randomly and, frankly, capriciously.
Everyone I talk to is fully accepting of fall, with the rain jackets and fuzzy clothing, but also, kinda googly eyed at the insane transition.
