Yesterday was a pretty mixed bag. We got a call from the #Surgical #Oncologist confirming that the two #biopsies were #cancerous, ​ which wasn’t surprising, but was still hard to hear. ​

Later that evening, our son (who lives just around the corner) came over to see us (but mostly Sami, who’s his birth mom), and after some talking, we watched a #movie he hadn’t seen before - #GhostInTheShell ​. We had a lot of great #discussions after that. All in all, a good night.

The crisis in #healthcare is far from over, it’s just began.
