Me pulling 355 lb. today after taking 6 months off from training in the gym.
Worked up to some moderately heavy deadlifts today as part of my gym's fundraiser for #Palestine Children's Relief Fund
I haven't deadlifted since 2020 and was a little apprehensive about moving heavy weight after my neurological issues this summer
In 2018 I pulled my all time PR of 405lbs/180kgs after months of prep
Today I pulled 315lbs raw and 355lbs belted with no prior prep whatsoever
I'll be matching the money I raised for PCRF
