I do believe the rest of the fediverse could/should adapt this. this would load balance better to use the combined CPU/Storage resources where we collectively pays for way more resources then actually used.

IE. Matrix.rocks (Mypdns.org) offers resources to #dcf as the server have CPU power to spare.
