Good evening everyone, hope you had a good Sunday! After our trip to the Botanical Gardens we did a couple hours of yardwork, the joys of home ownership. I did have time for a contemplative walk around the lake while listening to my audiobook. Overall a wonderful weekend.

Now I'm patiently waiting for mashed potatoes and pork loin, my Sunday evening dinner.

It was a good end of the week. No one was left out hungry. #food #SundayDinner. Last week I had worked way too hard, too many hours, 7 days a week. So this coming week change. No extra assignments and basically only 4 days of work. Time for #MeTime which I will spend on cleaning the house and some garden work.

#Guinness pot roast with russet potatoes, carrots and onions is in the oven. Now for a well deserved nap.
