The RF amp module (readily available from EBay, Amazon and AliExpress) uses an RFMD SBA4089Z MMIC and Qorvo TQP3M9008 RF gain block - although my meter shows >100mW I suspect its not that accurate at low power.

#RDS / #RDBS is sent from the #Arduino (at the moment its just displaying PS name and a counter on RT)
