Wie war das möglich? </p><p>Gotthardt war als Landesvorsitzender des Lobbyverbands Wirtschaftsrat dauerhaft als Gast im Parteivorstand eingeladen – und konnte so an allen Vorstandssitzungen teilnehmen. Und das, obwohl er nicht dafür gewählt wurde und offenbar nicht einmal CDU-Mitglied ist. </p><p>Diese Praxis gilt als rechtswidrig: Parteiexterne dürfen nicht dauerhaft in Parteivorständen mitreden.
