The EU's #DigitalDecade monitoring programme has entered in to force - apparently to support the aims of the Declaration on #European #DigitalRights and Principles (here: https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/digital-principles#:~:text=The%20digital%20principles%20commit%20to,integrity%20of%20our%20online%20environment). There are 4 elements: digital skills; take up of new tech; increasing connectivity; and public services online.
