This article on The Change, a 2 series channel 4 comedy by Bridget Christie really sums up the show for me.

If you're likely to experience menopause it's a must see. And since everyone is either going to experience it or will be menopause adjacent, that's you, sunshine.

Heartily recommend the article and the show.

@peterrenshaw my mum was into gardening and was part of several groups that gave talks on the subject.

Once, someone came to stay at our house as she was giving a gardening talk locally, and lived quite far away.

Several years later, we were watching Station X on #Channel4 (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Station_) and saw her on telly!

She was Mavis Batey (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mavis_Ba)! We had no idea!

Decided to use my afternoon off to watch #Gaza: Doctors Under Attack which aired on #Channel4 in the UK last night because the #BBC thought showing the systemic destruction of the Gaza health system by Israel’s IDF would not be ‘impartial’.

The journalistic integrity of the BBC sits in tatters today, many would argue it has been this way for some time. Gagging the producer is the final nail in coffin.

It features testimonies from Dr. Khaled Hamouda, whose family was killed and who was detained with 70 other doctors, and Dr. Adnan al-Bursh, who died in prison after detention and torture.

The documentary includes accounts of beatings, torture, and medical procedures without anesthetic performed by Israeli doctors on detained Palestinian medics.

I was most scrolling through All4 because I read Jeremy Isaac's "Storm Over 4" book at the weekend about early #Channel4 and its approach to catering to everyone, just not all the time.

Not sure of a better way of finding them, but a lot of old stuff in there! Glad to see it hasn't disappeared.
