ReallyCanadianFly<p>As an onion hater, I'm fine with this. No I don't care if they are caramelized or green (or any other colour). Shallots and chives are just another source of that hell-spawn vegetable, yes they taste the same. That putrid taste that destroys the flavour of any meal.
