I love the characters, and yes even Kilo Ren make sense. The musics (and particularly Rey's theme) are great, visually it's awesome, the plot follow similar patterns that a new hope (it's the heroes journey alright) but the actual story told different, and it opens a lot of possibilities. I am mostly annoyed at how small the galaxy fells in this movie but that really my biggest complaint about it. Well that and the fact that the political state in the galaxy is really unclear if you watch only the movies, which make motives a bit messy. But there are so much good moments... I can't dislike this movie.</p><p>I'm more hyped for the rise of Skywalker than I was this morning!</p>

Like they know something we don't. So maybe her lineage isn't what is important, but maybe there is still something to her identity that we don't know. </p><p>JJ Abrams actually said something like that, and it made people fear that her parents were someone important contradicting one of the best part of the last Jedi. </p><p>Well, we'll see. But there is something set up in this movie.</p>

Rey isn't yet stronger than him at this point, although she can certainly fight. But Kilo was seriously nerfed before she could defeat him. She only got on his level in the last Jedi.</p>

It was owned...</p><p>Also, say what you want about Kilo, but he took a light crossbow bolt and is still up and fighting. And we all saw what this crossbow was capable of.</p>
