Sprich weiter Krieg muss mehr Verluste bedeuten als Entgegenkommen bei Gesprächen. Hier sind wir nicht angekommen.<br>Zweitens muss es etwas geben, worüber man verhandeln könnte aus Sicht der Kriegsparteien. Dies ist ebensowenig gegeben</p>
