The mosaic of European languages includes not only countries’ official state languages but also the regional or minority languages spoken for centuries on European territory, not to mention the languages brought by migrants. DSGVO ermöglicht uns zwar unsere Daten zu exportieren, aber der Ort, wo sie nutzbar sind (“Produktionsmittel”), besitzen wir nicht. Die Kommunikationswege fehlen im Export. Wir können uns dann nur entscheiden, von welchem Anbieter wir abhängig sein wollen, indem wir die Daten woanders importieren (wenn die Dateninteroperationalitat in der Praxis funktionieren würde). #L2 #rp23 #MARxDSGVO
