Updated for Haiku 64bit: Lazarus 4.0.
Lazarus is a Rapid Application Development Tool for Free Pascal.
Install or update it with Haiku's application HaikuDepot or the Terminal command pkgman.
For this I created/updated a local script (partly based on how Fedora uses it):

You might've seen mentions of #CLion being free (for non-commercial use), but if you're like me it helps to know that this is #Jetbrain's their C/C++/Rust IDE.

IntelliJ IDEA is trying real hard to pop-up suggestions, etc. anytime, anywhere. It's getting very close to be hindering my productivity.

After years of using VSCode and believing it's the best IDE I tried Zed.
Fist time I want to leave VSCode. Zed is so refreshing and fast. Coded by programmers that knows what is important.
For now I'm using my Copilot subscription in it but next month I will switch to Zed subscription just to support the team (even that it's twice the price of Microsoft offering.)
I'm so happy that the industry is getting back to the days where optimization is taken seriously.
