Decking project update

Outer frame done, joists levelled and attached, 2 corner posts fixed with new tops to replace the rotten sections. Really sturdy now and managed to reuse all the old carriage bolts which were fine, just a little surface rust.

To do: Diagonal cross beam and 2 or 3 noggins by shed to cut and fix, then figure out how to put in a step down to the new veggie growing area. Then it's boards on and paint! Should be done before end of May hopefully

Good progress on the deck project Friday and today. All the rotten bits are now thankfully removed leaving just this part of the subframe. Still lots to do but apart from cutting those 4 unneeded posts down the destruction is done and the construction can now begin
