☭ 𝗖 𝗔 𝗧 ☭<p>The problem with <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/anarchism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>anarchism</span></a> is that it's idealistic and thus incompatible with reality, which is how you get <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/anarchists" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>anarchists</span></a> advocating for such things as the abolition of prisons (because they're "objectively evil"), but instead of taking the materialist (i.e., correct) route of examining reality to determine whether it's practicable now (it isn't), they instead take the idealistic (wrong) route of trying to shape reality to their idea of what the world should be no matter how unrealistic it is.</p>
