One key conclusion stands out: VDL's behaviour may be the result from her lack of primeministerial experience. <br>I was also wondering, while reading, what does 'powerful' mean when defining VDL's term so far (there's a quote from Desmond Dinan that she's the most powerful Commission president after Delors).
