Before we can truly value "outcomes over outputs" we must overcome this obsession.</p><p>The belief that outputs are inherently valuable runs deep. Fortunately, there's an easy and cheap fix:</p><p>Just add a tooltip that explains the basic tenets of Stoic philosophy.
