I always install <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/Xorg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Xorg</span></a> + <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/ChocolateDoom" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ChocolateDoom</span></a> and do a full <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/Heretic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Heretic</span></a> run on <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/TWM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TWM</span></a>. Once I'm done with D'Sparil, I proceed to do the rest of the installation and configuration. I call it the " <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/Heretic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Heretic</span></a> seal of approval". </p><p>Still have a sealed copy of the game!</p>

Each serves a purpose. It’s all about choice and what works for you.</p>

I’ve been happy with <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/fluxbox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fluxbox</span></a>, <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/blackbox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>blackbox</span></a>, <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/sawfish" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>sawfish</span></a> and <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/openbox" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>openbox</span></a>. In the end though, I went back to <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/twm" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>twm</span></a> and am more than happy for it. Extremely lightweight, unobtrusive and configurable. I am constantly tinkering with it and if anyone wants to see/use the current config, I am happy to upload. Warning: it is very minimal ;-)</p>

Only few Linux distros include(d) it.
