The only cause I can think of is a malicious file being publicly hosted on Proton Drive. If Proton Drive is being abused to host something malicious, flag the URL, not the whole domain. They wouldn't do this for Google Drive, Dropbox, or especially OneDrive. Do better, Microsoft.
