Not sure what to think about vintage stores, I think they probably pick over the best stuff from charity shops, but they do generally have more interesting stuff, are still (usual) cheap and better than buying new stuff.</p><p>I really like the top because it's unusual. A bit like cycling jersey with it's zip up neck, but not quite.</p>

The design is great and it add interest to an garment that would otherwise be run of the mill.</p><p>I bought it on a second market place online. I'd actually been looking for t-shirts I up cycle with a chest pocket so it amused me to find one with no alterations needed.</p>

I get a lot from there, mostly high fashion stuff, for a tiny fraction of the amount charged in the shops. If you get a feeling for it, some second hand high fashion pieces can be reasonably priced to very affordable.</p>

I found it in a hospice charity shop in <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/Bristol" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bristol</span></a> and the colours jumped out at me - when I picked it up and saw the contrasting sleeves I knew I had to buy it. (I'd love to know who made it before donating it as it's so great.)</p><p>The boots are also <a href="https://wandering.shop/tags/secondhand" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>secondhand</span></a> - I got them on fashion resale site Vinted after repeated searches for 'vegan cowboy boots.'</p>
