wvc<p>So I am looking for a monitoring system with lowest hardware requirements to run on RPi B+ (single armv6hf core and 512Mb RAM) and monitor home network.<br>Things tried so far:<br>1. <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/Zabbix" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Zabbix</span></a> -- great tool but the server is almost unusable on devices this weak <br>2. <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/LibreNMS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LibreNMS</span></a> looks promissing but still somewhat slow on RPi since it is <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/PHP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PHP</span></a>+<a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/MySQL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MySQL</span></a> app. Can work as a syslog server too.</p><p>Things to try:<br>1. <a href="https://mastodon.bsd.cafe/tags/monit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>monit</span></a> -- probably the lowest hw requirements</p><p>Running "modern" stuff like Prometheus+Graphana is out of the scope of course.</p>
