Tindra<p>I should probably do that <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/Introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Introduction</span></a> thing, huh?</p><p>Hi! I'm Tindra (while not what people at work call me, I've been using this name long enough I'll totally answer to it in person). I'm currently trying to figure out if Uncle Sam will let me go after two decades. </p><p>Started out my career doing IT, everything from first line of support to running the network for a base. When it became an option, switched over to "Cyber Network Defense", which then got me converted to "Cyberspace Operations". Though these days I spend more time wrestling with things like "how do we train and retain a talented workforce?" than "how do I solve this technological problem?". </p><p>My main claim to fame is having entirely too many certifications, though you may also know me as the person who is knitting in the audience. </p><p>I am multicraftual, proficient in <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/knitting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>knitting</span></a>, <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/crochet" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>crochet</span></a>, <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/spinning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>spinning</span></a>, <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/weaving" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>weaving</span></a>, with lesser skills in <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/sewing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>sewing</span></a>, <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/quilting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>quilting</span></a>, <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/embroidery" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>embroidery</span></a>, and have even been known to do some <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/tatting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tatting</span></a>. Also <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/calligraphy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>calligraphy</span></a>, and I consider <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/knotwork" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>knotwork</span></a> to be doodling. </p><p>Recently I've been getting interested in game design, and how <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/games" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>games</span></a> can be used to help non-technical leaders understand the risk space enough to make well-informed risk decisions. </p><p>I also liberally boost cat pictures. You have been warned.</p>
