I nowa zabawka przyszła #jetkvm
Es gibt neues Spielzeug #JetKVM
Updating the homelab server BIOS was a breeze with #JetKVM from a browser running on the MacBook Pro. Before this, it involved a fair amount of gymnastics due to the setup being a 4U server without a monitor permanently connected.
I picked up my #JetKVM today. So far, this device has surpassed my expectations: The first positive impression was the sturdy metal body and robust construction. Installation and setup were easy and very straightforward. The software still has some missing (in-progress) features, but everything I need is working great. I even set up #tailscale on the device to keep full control of the environment used for the cloud-based remote access.
New #blog post: My #JetKVM is here!
Back in October, I saw a post by @geerlingguy about JetKVM - I've been after an IP #KVM for years so chucked some money at the kickstarter
It arrived this week, so this post
* Records my first impressions
* Plays #Doom on a Nintendo Switch plugged into the JetKVM

Good week for #homelab stuff. My #JetKVM and #PiKVM extenders both showed up. The JetKVM is VERY polished for such a new product. Being able to stream ISOs instead of download/uploading them is very cool. As always, the PiKVM remains king though. This MultiPort extender is a gamechanger. It will be hooked up to two #TrueNAS servers and 2 #Proxmox servers with full ATX control. I also got some #Unifi Protect AI Ports (and the rackmount) bringing new detection features to my existing cameras.

"A PoE-compatible JetKVM device is on our roadmap"
My JetKVM just arrived! It’s incredible how the design of this little device makes something as technical as a KVM, feel so personal.
I got myself a #jetkvm to experiment with for my homelab.
#JetKVM has some interesting features for #redteaming
