I have a big <a href="https://cloudisland.nz/tags/tramp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tramp</span></a> in a couple of weeks - the <a href="https://cloudisland.nz/tags/Heaphy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Heaphy</span></a> Track - and want to make sure I’m fit enough for it before I set off. I’ve done the Heaphy before, so know what I’m getting into. Have pretty good fitness but was prescribed <a href="https://cloudisland.nz/tags/Paxlovid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Paxlovid</span></a> because of weight.</p><p>Anyway, I’d love any advice or research you have.
