Ishambard<p>I swear I blink, and it is already <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/VGMWednesday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VGMWednesday</span></a> , or it is the day before.</p><p>This week, since we finished Final Fantasy VII, we went back to basics.<br>How basic?</p><p>Donkey Kong basics! Well, not THAT basic, but this is the <a href="https://cupoftea.social/tags/Gameboy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Gameboy</span></a> DK game that builds on the original arcade, expanding Mario's jumping arsenal and turning the game into a bit of a puzzle platformer!</p><p>If you haven't played it, this is actually a great little Gameboy game, featuring 9 additional worlds with 8 to 12 levels each. The game is filled with content and is still a lot of fun to play. </p><p>I can't remember how this game came into my possession, but I do remember playing it as a kid on the GBA. Incidentally, as much as I enjoy this game, I have never really gotten into the whole "Mario vs Donkey" series, despite those building off this.
