This Is My Glasgow<p>There's clearly a linear feature made of rocks crossing the sand that (to me) looks similar to the more eroded section of the southern end and which seems to line up with it, but there were no definitive signs that this is it. Any archaeologists/historians want to weigh in on whether this linear feature is, indeed, the northern end of the Roman ford?</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/glasgow" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>glasgow</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/dumbarton" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>dumbarton</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/dumbuck" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>dumbuck</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/romans" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>romans</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/romanscotland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>romanscotland</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/scottishhistory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scottishhistory</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/archaeology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>archaeology</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/scottisharchaeology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scottisharchaeology</span></a></p>
