James<p>I know there are different variations of sign languages around the world, like BSL, ASL, DGS, etc.</p><p>1. Is it possible to communicate with someone who uses a different sign language?<br>2. Do you think the different versions could ever be synced or standardised in some way?<br>3. And is there a reason why sign languages have developed so differently across countries?</p><p>Just genuinely curious and would love to learn more. </p><p><a href="https://queer.cool/tags/BSL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BSL</span></a> <a href="https://queer.cool/tags/ASL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ASL</span></a> <a href="https://queer.cool/tags/DGS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DGS</span></a></p>
