S.Privicans<p><a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Introduction</span></a> </p><p>Greeting, I'm Sam. Basically I created this account and now access it via <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Tor" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Tor</span></a> because I live in the US and fear for our safety, security, and privacy from our own government now. It's a disgrace.</p><p>I'm into old computers (<a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Retrocomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Retrocomputing</span></a>) from the late 70s and early 80s, mostly <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Commodore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Commodore</span></a>, <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Atari" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Atari</span></a>, <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Sinclair" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Sinclair</span></a>, <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/AppleII" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AppleII</span></a>, (gotta specify the 'ii' else I'll get a bunch of modern apple junk), <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Acorn" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Acorn</span></a>, etc.</p><p>I know <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/BASICv2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BASICv2</span></a> and <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/6510ASM" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>6510ASM</span></a>, along with modern <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/C" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>C</span></a>, <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Perl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Perl</span></a>, <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Pascal" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Pascal</span></a>, etc. I've also wanted to relearn <a href="https://oldbytes.space/tags/Prolog" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Prolog</span></a> (CP3...😜 )</p><p>I'm a straight male but I hope that doesn't matter as it doesn't matter to me what you are. I believe people deserve to live their lives, their way to be happy. No one is above others. It's when beliefs are pushed on others we have problems.</p><p>Thank you for taking the time to read this far and I guess I'm supposed to end with a "Like and subscribe", but I think here that means "Follow if you'd like". 😆</p>

mhd<p>Cleaning up for new year, I've got this <a href="https://tilde.zone/tags/Acorn" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Acorn</span></a> <a href="https://tilde.zone/tags/RiscPC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RiscPC</span></a> that has sustained some leaked battery damage and might have other issues I can't test right now. Otherwise it seems pretty decent, so I wonder if someone in the <a href="https://tilde.zone/tags/retrocomputing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>retrocomputing</span></a> crowd would be interested.</p><p>I'd like to see it end up in good hands and maybe being brought back to life. Shipping &amp; handling only, preferably in Germany or Europe.</p>
James | PixelRefresh.com<p>30 years ago, Christmas 1994, I had a single yet monster of a request for Santa as a 13 year old boy.
