Für User, die andere User suchen oder sich sonstwie vernetzen möchten, gibt es mittlerweile verschiedene Verzeichnisse für das #Fediverse.

ICH finde das nützlich, verstehe aber auch die Bedenken diesbezüglich, die einige User immer mal wieder äußern. Jedoch bleibe ich dabei, dass es jedem User selbst überlassen sein sollte, sich in so ein Verzeichnis einzutragen - oder auch nicht. Also bitte keine Grundsatzdiskussion unter diesem Beitrag, es soll lediglich der Information dienen.

Bislang kenne ich 3 Verzeichnisse, vielleicht gibt es ja noch mehr?

-> fediverse.info Ein "Fediverse People Directory", in dem man sich selbst ganz einfach eintragen kann. Lediglich ein bestimmer Hashtag muss in der eigenen Bio seines Fediverse-Accounts eingetragen werden, dann kann man seine Daten in das Verzeichnis eingeben.
-> Fedikarte.de Wunderbar und mit viel Liebe programmiert, auch hier kann man sich eigenständig ein- und austragen.
-> mastodir | Das Mastodon-Verzeichnis Hier kann man User vorschlagen, die "interessant" sind.

In case the #SupremeCourt accepts the interdiction of #TikTok in the #USA because of the #risk that #China might covertly use it to manipulate the content shown to #Americans or collect #user #data to achieve its #geopolitical aims,it should be discussed in other #countries ,such as the #EU member #states , #Canada , #Japan ,if they should follow suit, and possibly extend the measure to #ElonMusk 's #X ,as this #socialnetwork now also clearly threatens their national security in a similar way.

Add a new icon to the "compose" interface that lets us type all our hashtags into a special window, exactly like how it lets us type our image alt text in a separate window. Anything typed in there gets displayed in that fancy layout at the bottom of a toot, which I see SOMETIMES work when the software tries to automatically detect it, and sometimes NOT. See screenshot. Thanks for considering!

Liebe Medien mit Linux geht dies sehr wohl und auch beruflich seit langem. Doch immer noch sind leider viele skeptisch aber mMn nicht argumentatiev. Ich denke für die meisten reicht die Distribution @linuxmint, @debian und/oder @fedora obwohl es noch viele weitere zu empfehlenden gibt, die sich aber meistens darauf aufbauen.
