So the Labour Government strategy to reduce NHS hospital waiting lists is to bribe doctors with £20 payment not to refer patients to hospitals & direct them to other services instead. A recipe for serious conditions not to be spotted and diagnosed before it is too late.
Doctors do not refer patients for hospital treatment or tests unless they think there is a need. Leave it to then to make clinical decisions.

The Labour Party under Keir Starmer is taking us for fools. After winning a General Election with a promise about change which even the most keen Labour supporter would now be embarrassed by, today Starmer has announced his slogan for local council elections and yes it is about change.
Is there anyone left who believes whatever rubbish Labour tell us?
