I was having a great day of resting up at home from the food poisoning yesterday.
Ok, I say resting, but apart from online projects I worked on my cables & wiring, took out the recycle, and the trash. All when I felt able.
All online conversations were going well, until a person I consider to be a friend was quite rude on one of my threads. I considered it to be disrespectful of my happiness and hard work.
I remember being taught that if you have nothing good to say in a conversation, then say nothing.
Making coffee and going to install #PCLinuxOS #Trinity on a laptop. That will calm me.

Yeah, I am running WAY beyond my regular time.
Was up late last night bringing #Solus #Linux back to my System76 #Thelio, rocking #KDE #Plasma 6. Of course I am still working on fine tuning all the settings!
Don't worry @present_arms, I plan to reinstall #PCLinuxOS #Trinity back onto one of my laptops. I had fun with your Community Release.
Also, intentionally slept past time, and had a good long shower! (You are most welcome.)

#TDE mid-release update.

Some of the changes already prepared:
- new Euforie theme and 15 color schemes
- transparency support in Dekoration
- improved tderandrtray menu
- clickable links in calendar
- support for Ubuntu Plucky
- several improvements in Codeine

Still WIP but progressing:
- support for unicode planes beyond BMP (for example emoji)
- improvements to kxkb logic and options

Support for transparency has been added to TWin style Dekorator to provide pseudo transparent window decorations. Once again this was the work of a #TDE contributor
Following that up, we added the Euforie theme from Pling, which displays the new functionality.

A couple of small issues have been reported with #TDE R14.1.3 upon login. These are likely to affect most users.

1. the touchpad settings are not automatically loaded. It is sufficient to open the related #Trinity Control Center module as a temporary workaround.

2. kxkb may display an incorrect keyboard layout flag and report an error. It is enough to click on the icon as a workaround.

Both issues are being investigated.
