Blort™ 🐀Ⓥ🥋☣️<p><span class="h-card"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@RalfWausE" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>RalfWausE</span></a></span> I dunno... for my <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/TinFoilHat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TinFoilHat</span></a>, I'd be much more concerned about the security implications of using a ton of different, and likely badly secured, free wifi hotspots (especially if not using WPA2/3) and not knowing who else is on the same network, runnning what, than the issues around using a SIM.</p><p>That said, the ultimate destination of any Tin Foil Hat exercise is inevitably to forsake all technology, anyway, so... YMMV.</p>

I will only use my phone with wifi, no more inserted sim. </p><p>As there are nowadays tons of free wifis available everywhere and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/linphone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>linphone</span></a> as a nice sip app, i really don't expect any problems...</p>
