Uh so...things at work are going into a bit of a powerslide. I still have a job but am incentivized to explore other options.

In a nutshell: I fix things - I identify, scope, and correct jank, in relationships, processes, systems, data, and communications and can fit in a bunch of places, from infosec to governance to steering.

If you have an interesting job, I'm an interesting person. Orgs trying to do good a plus.

You should do away with the notion of #bosses (which is about command-and-control).

You should do way with the silly & destructive idea of #leaders.

You cannot entirely do away with #managers. Why? Some (not so many) managers are needed for compliance reasons. Managers should not do any #steering, though!

If we do not get our vocabulary straight, we will never earn progress in
#leadership, #agile/#agility, #orgdesign, or #organizationaldevelopment
