Thanks to the latest WRAP report (Feb 2025) we finally have some statistics about how choosing to #repair our #clothes and buying #SecondHand is having an impact.

Im Hotel, auf Reisen, feierabends, neben dem TV gucken (Faszination Afrika, 3sat) stricke ich als Entspannung sehr gerne. Auch zuhause, abends vor dem TV.

Hier sind toe up-Socken angenadelt. Die #secondhand gekaufte #Wolle heißt "Christmas", mich erinnert sie farblich eher an den Herbst.

Egal, die Farben sind farbig & das Ergebnis wird #bunt , farbenfroh und kuschlig, das ist alles was zählt.

Hey #München! Wer Einrichtung braucht, oder Schwerlastregale, Minibars, Lampen, Gastroküchen... Das Hilton an Tucherpark verramscht ALLES. Witzige Dinge dabei. Vor Ort ist Di, Do und Sa Verkauf. Alles Selbstabholung. Sagt es weiter, wenn ihr wen kennt, der es brauchen könnte! #secondhand

Dear independent bookshop on #AbeBooks with millions of books carefully updated by price-setting scripts, I don't know how you figured out that 0,55 € is a price I'm willing to pay for the extra service of "buying directly from your website so I don't give a cent to Amazon", but yes, you're perfectly correct. Once again I placed my order.

Does anybody know anyone who'd like a lovely, big, leather, 3-seater sofa and can pick it up from #Northampton this week?

If so, I might just know a guy.

I need to get rid of it. I've had it for ages but it's still in great condition and it'd be a *massive* shame if it just went to the tip but that looks like where it's going at the moment.

P.S. all the local charities who pick up furniture are fully booked until December. I tried that! If anyone represents a charity that might pick it up then please get in touch to arrange that as I'd much prefer it to go to someone who needs it or can use it to help someone else out.
