Earlier this year, OSI fought to prevent the #EU from imposing the addition of restrictions in AI licences, which would force #OpenSourceAI developers to choose between being Open Source and following the EU's Code of Practice on General Purpose #AI.
The final version of the Code of Practice (CoP) was published today, and we succeeded: the issue is fixed!
