Ren<p>Now that my phone is on <a href="https://vt.social/tags/Android13" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Android13</span></a> I decided to give desktop mode another shot on my <a href="https://vt.social/tags/NexDock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NexDock</span></a> <a href="https://vt.social/tags/LapDock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LapDock</span></a></p><p>...HOW IS THIS EVEN WORSE?!?!</p><p>God Lapdocks are the stupidest thing ever created. Unless you have a stock Samsung, they are useless</p>
Ren<p>I wish there was a Lap Dock that didn't suck in some way. NexDock is OK, but the trackpad is GARBAGE and the palm rejection is a joke (its disables the mouse entirely if you press any key). scops<p>Wenn das <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Librem5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Librem5</span></a> sich nicht immer wieder selbst abschalten würde, zum Beispiel wenn der <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/PureOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PureOS</span></a> Store Apps aktualisiert oder man die Kopfhörer aussteckt, wär das Gerätchen auch ohne richtiges Powermanagement richtig toll - vor Allem mit nem <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/NexDock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>NexDock</span></a> ;)</p>
scops<p>erster Tag mit dem <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/librem5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>librem5</span></a> ... beta, an vielen stellen alpha. aber mit nem <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/nexdock" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>nexdock</span></a> oder hdmi dongle (...) ist das teil gar nicht so schlecht; für manches braucht man nen großen screen. @purism hat schon recht; es ist nen mini linux pc mit akku und touchscreen. aber so als daily driver smartphone ists schon noch nen weiter weg. app suggestions: flatpak/flathub (!), tootle, fractal, firefox esr, gthumb, portfolio, syncthing (gtk)</p>
