Wenn du es zu einen Hobbykraftraum ausbauen willst, solltest du dich zwischen 30mm und 50mm Lochdurchmesser der Gewichte anfangs entscheiden, da es dann evtl. kein zurück gibt.

When you have sit ups after Russian kettlebell swings and goblet squats in your super set... Chalk gets everywhere! Today was also deadlift day, I absolutely love #deadlift day!

1. complete the Simple workout with 32kg (swings and getups).
2. doublehanded snatch, c&p 32s.
Presumption is that if I can maintain 1 & 2, I will maintain enough strength for general life fitness.
